with NetLimiter u can get the victims IP . open windows live messenger and then connect whit a victim. U must send him a file if u wanna
connect. The file must be at least 3 MB.
While sending turn on NetLimiter. In NetLimiter open messenger and then look which IP have more upload or download (dependence who is sending the file)
IP that is at the largest speed is victims IP.
